開(kāi)始簡(jiǎn)報（opening a presentation）—提出簡(jiǎn)報摘要

在正式進(jìn)入主題之前可先扼要說(shuō)明簡(jiǎn)報的內容與順序，幫助聽(tīng)眾了解您的報告的大概內容。

進(jìn)入主題（Main points）—演講部份的主要內容，論證與比較事實(shí)。對所要簡(jiǎn)報主題內容逐一詳細說(shuō)明。例如將上例每一項摘要逐項詳細闡釋說(shuō)明，依序讓文章或演說(shuō)有系統的講解。在presentation 時(shí)如果能井然有序的，依段落分明，串聯(lián)成一篇完整文章，聽(tīng)眾必定能印象深刻。

做結論（conclusion）－演講後所做的總結，表明態(tài)度，正式結束一場(chǎng)簡(jiǎn)報。總結時(shí)通常要簡(jiǎn)短的重述這場(chǎng)簡(jiǎn)報的要點(diǎn)以加深聽(tīng)眾對簡(jiǎn)報內容的印象。
