畢業(yè)生就業(yè)指導中心的就業(yè)調查報告數據顯示，九成畢業(yè)生進(jìn)入非公企業(yè)機械類(lèi)電子類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)“吃香”初始月薪1500-2000元，去年我市共接收各類(lèi)畢業(yè)生37486人，繼續保持良好發(fā)展態(tài)勢。特別是學(xué)歷層次大幅提高。去年我市共接收博士生58人，碩士生1201人，本科生20563人。接收本科以上學(xué)歷畢業(yè)生共21822人，占全市接收總量的58.2%;接收研究生數量達到1259人，增幅達52.1%。無(wú)論是接收總量和接收質(zhì)量，都名列全省前茅。然而不能回避的一個(gè)事實(shí)是，在2008年我市接收畢業(yè)生總量同比增長(cháng)33.5%一舉突破3.7萬(wàn)人后，2009年接收畢業(yè)生總量仍在3.7萬(wàn)人左右徘徊。與此同時(shí)，湘潭籍畢業(yè)生卻在突增，供需結構性矛盾依然突出。

為了更好地了解和掌握我院畢業(yè)生就業(yè)后對社會(huì )及用人單位的適應程度、深入了解用人單位對人才的需求狀況,進(jìn)一步探索就業(yè)工作和人才培養的新模式、新途徑,為我院的教學(xué)改革提供更準實(shí)可靠的依據,我院于2010年7月對近三年的畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行了跟蹤調查,進(jìn)行了一系列數據統計分析。

到2010年8月底,共回收08一10屆畢業(yè)生跟蹤調查問(wèn)卷172份,其中有效問(wèn)卷143份,走訪(fǎng)和電話(huà)拜訪(fǎng)企業(yè)12家,調查具有足夠的代表性和統計意義。

統計顯示,08一10屆143名調查對象,用人單位對其工作情況評價(jià)認為滿(mǎn)意的(不包括基本滿(mǎn)意)有132名,占93%,08-10屆的滿(mǎn)意率分別為90.6%,92.9%、96.6%;對職業(yè)綜合素質(zhì)的評價(jià)表示滿(mǎn)意的有138名,占97%。工作情況滿(mǎn)意度和綜合素質(zhì)滿(mǎn)意率始終處于一個(gè)較高水平且每年均有小幅度提升。我們在調查走訪(fǎng)天地華宇集團、阿里巴巴集團等企業(yè)過(guò)程中,用人單位普遍反映,高職畢業(yè)生的態(tài)度較為本科生更好,更愿意積極主動(dòng)的去學(xué),動(dòng)手能力強,適應性方面要比本科畢業(yè)生更強,所以企業(yè)更樂(lè )意接受。這一統計數據,與學(xué)校近幾年畢業(yè)生供不應求、用人單位紛至沓來(lái)的狀況是相呼應的。在滿(mǎn)意率的分項評價(jià)中,三屆畢業(yè)生職業(yè)素質(zhì)的滿(mǎn)意率分別為:95.4%、96.5%、98.1%,工作能力與水平的滿(mǎn)意率分別為:95.7%、94.2%和96.7%。

我院畢業(yè)生對我院的就業(yè)指導工作和學(xué)生管理工作均有較好的評價(jià)。80%的畢業(yè)生對我院的就業(yè)服務(wù)工作特別是來(lái)校招聘單位的數量和提供的工作崗位最為滿(mǎn)意,而對師資水平評價(jià)不高,特別是對教師技能水平和實(shí)踐能力這一塊有更高的要求,很多畢業(yè)生在對學(xué)校所提的意見(jiàn)和建議中,將加強在校學(xué)生的實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力,特別是實(shí)踐教學(xué)的要求放在首位(其中會(huì )計專(zhuān)業(yè)和工管專(zhuān)業(yè)的同學(xué)將此項放在首位的比例占到80%),認為提高在校時(shí)的動(dòng)手能力和實(shí)踐能力對以后找工作最有幫助。

從以上結果可以看出,80%以上的畢業(yè)生對學(xué)校教學(xué)安排、上課教師、輔導員的工作是滿(mǎn)意的。但我們應該看到,還有少數畢業(yè)生覺(jué)得不滿(mǎn)意,占的比例雖然小,也得引起我們高度重視。
