My hair used to be super low maintenance, I would simply wash and go. When my husband and I first started dating he asked me what kind of brush I used, and I responded that I never brushed or combed my hair. I didn’t realize it until recently, but I definitely took this trait for granted. In the past year or two, my hair has changed for the worst. It is no longer wash and go. Now, I find myself spending extra time use hair masks, oils and serums to try and combat the frizz.
This is why I was so excited to try the Finesse Restore + Strengthen Moisturizing Shampoo and Conditioner. This set is infused with silk and soy proteins that specifically helps to restore and strengthen hair that is damage, stubborn and frizzy, by penetrating the hair shaft to leave it moisturized and manageable. As an extra bonus, this brand is super affordable- only $3.99 each and can be found at Walmart, Ride Aid and Walgreens.
I have been using it for about 2 weeks now, and I find that my hair is actually softer and more manageable. More importantly, I don’t have to use as much hair oil/serum in order to tame the frizz. Even though I’ve only been using this set for a short while, I really like the way my hair falls and looks from using this. I usually more pricier hair care, but I find this set works just as well but for a fraction of the price.
If you’re looking for something to help your hair become more manageable and silky-smooth, definitely try out this affordable drugstore set.
